We are working with a leading national firm based in Belfast who are looking for an Associate to join their Private Client team.
The successful candidate will join a collaborative and passionate team, advising on a variety of private client matters, including wills and estate planning, probate and estate administration, powers of attorney, and trusts and tax planning. The candidate will engage in private client-related responsibilities to support individuals and families, including liaising with third party providers and drafting and reviewing legal documents. The candidate will also demonstrate a willingness to contribute to business development while managing client relationships.
Essential Criteria:
- Strong background in wills, trusts, and probate;
- Strong academics;
- Technically excellent;
- Negotiation skills;
- Willingness to become involved in business development;
- Ability to work independently and as a team.
