We are working with an international US law firm based in London for a Lawyer to join their Securitisation team.
The successful candidate will join a market-leading securitisation and structured products team, advising on a range of innovative and complex transactions. The successful candidate will work with insured bonds among other clients across domestic and cross-border deals. Matters will include documentation and regulation of securitised and structured products, working with both UK and EU insurers.
Qualifications:
- 4-6 years’ PQE
- Strong background in securitisation law
- Strong academics required
- Technically excellent
- Ability to work to tight deadlines
- Willingness to become involved in business development
- Ability to work independently and as a team
