Employment Solicitor

We are working with a top-tier law firm based in Belfast for a Solicitor to join their Employment team.

The Role:

The successful candidate will join an excellent Employment team, working on a broad range of employment matters including supporting transactional projects through diligence exercises, TUPE advice, drafting employment provisions, and assisting with restructurings and redundancy.

The solicitor will also handle Tribunal claims, including drafting pleadings and managing disclosure, as well as advising on settlements, restrictive covenants, investigations, and other issues.

Essential Criteria:

• 1-3 years’ PQE;
• Qualified as a solicitor in NI or England/Wales:
• Employment law experience;
• Strong academics required;
• Technically excellent;
• Excellent interpersonal skills;
• Ability to build relationships with clients.
