For Companies We are working with a law firm based in Greater Belfast or the North-East of England for a Solicitor to join their Employment team. This role can be fully-remote.
The successful candidate will join a respected employment team handling claimant-based cases, including unfair dismissal, discrimination, and settlement agreements. The individual will manage Tribunal claims from start to finish.
The candidate will be responsible for advising on employment law matters, drafting tailored legal documents, and conducting advocacy.
Essential Criteria:- Employment law background;
- Technically excellent;
- Advocacy experience desired;
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment;
- Ability to work independently and as a team;
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent salary package (commensurate with experience);
- Potential for role to be fully-remote;
