We are working with a leading law firm based in Belfast for a Paralegal to join their Employment team.
The Role
The successful candidate will join our client’s established Employment team, supporting solicitors on a range of contentious and non-contentious employment matters. The paralegal will assist with the preparation of Tribunal documents, drafting correspondence, conducting research, and managing case files.
The paralegal will also support solicitors on disciplinary and grievance matters, redundancies, restructures, employment tax disputes, and immigration applications.
Requirements
- Ideally have some employment paralegal experience;
- Strong team player;
- Drafting and research skills;
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
- Technically excellent;
- Competitive salary package (commensurate with experience);
- Work-life balance;
