We are working with a top-tier national law firm based in London, Oxford, Cardiff, Manchester, Leeds or Belfast for an Associate or Senior Associate to join their Employment team.
The successful candidate will join a market-leading employment practice advising employer clients on day-to-day HR and workplace issues, including:
- disciplinaries
- grievances
- contracts
- policies
- discrimination
- flexible working
- restructures
- redundancies
- strategic workforce projects
The position also includes handling employment litigation and dispute resolution matters, including Employment Tribunal and High Court proceedings involving:
- discrimination
- whistleblowing
- restrictive covenants
- injunctions
- confidential information disputes
Requirements:
- 1+ years’ PQE
- High Court employment disputes experience
- Technically excellent
