We are working with a market-leading National law firm who are seeking a Partner to lead their Employment Law team within their Belfast office.

The successful candidate will join a renowned Employment team, advising on both contentious and non-contentious matters for a diverse range of clients. The candidate’s role will see them working on matters such as re-organisations and outsourcing, industrial relations support, employee relations advisory cases, advising on diligence reviews, strategic HR advisory work, conducting investigations, and working on Employment Tribunal claims.

The candidate will also demonstrate a willingness to participate in business development initiatives while managing client relationships.

Essential Criteria

  • Strong background in employment law within a medium to large commercial firm;
  • Excellent commercial awareness;
  • Outstanding academics;
  • Negotiation skills;
  • Supervisory experience;
  • Ability to build upon existing and new client relationships;
  • Strong communication skills;
  • Team player;
  • Technically excellent.
