We are working with a leading Scottish law firm based in Edinburgh or Glasgow for a Senior Solicitor / Associate to join their Contentious Construction team.
Responsibilities
- The successful candidate will join an innovative Contentious Construction team, advising on high-value disputes across construction, infrastructure and power projects.
- Clients include developers, contractors, and consultants, working on litigation, arbitration, adjudication, and other forms of ADR.
- You will manage your own matters with appropriate supervision, contributing to team strategy on major disputes, and working closely with senior lawyers.
Qualifications
- 1-7 years' PQE;
- Contentious construction law background;
- Experience liaising with clients;
- Strong team player;
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
- Technically excellent.
