We are working with a top-tier law firm based in Cayman Islands for a Lawyer to join their Corporate team. The firm welcomes candidates who are willing to relocate to the Cayman Islands.

The successful candidate will join a globally recognised Corporate team, advising on a wide range of high-value, cross-border transactions, including capital markets deals, M&A, finance transactions, joint ventures, and private equity and venture capital matters, supporting clients throughout the full business lifecycle. They will also contribute to specialist areas such as restructuring and insolvency, investment funds, fintech and digital assets, insurance, and SPAC transactions. Working within an international team across key financial centres, they will deliver commercially focused, practical advice.

Essential Criteria:

  • Minimum 5 years’ PQE;
  • Strong Corporate law background;
  • Excellent academics;
  • Strong team player;
  • Commercial awareness;
  • Enthusiastic;
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Technically excellent.
