Corporate Solicitor

We are working with a market-leading law firm based in Belfast for a Solicitor to join their Corporate team.

The Role:

The successful candidate will join a market-leading corporate team, advising on areas including M&A, corporate restructurings, buy-outs, joint ventures, and more. The individual will work with the firm’s real estate, commercial, and employment teams on various transactions. The candidate will work with leading clients.

Essential Criteria:

• 3-4 years’ PQE;
• Corporate background;
• Excellent academics;
• Technically excellent;
• Strong communication skills;
• Ability to work independently and as a team;
• Strong work ethic.
