We are working with an esteemed Northern Irish law firm who are seeking an Associate Solicitor to join their Conveyancing practice within their East Belfast office.
The Role
The successful candidate will join a well-established Residential Conveyancing team, managing a diverse caseload of residential conveyancing matters. The candidate will advise on matters such as sales, purchases and remortgages, providing clear and practical advice to clients throughout the transaction process.
The candidate will also demonstrate a willingness to participate in business development initiatives while managing client relationships.
Essential Criteria:
- 3+ PQE;
- Strong background in residential property law and conveyancing;
- Outstanding academics;
- Technically excellent;
- Negotiation skills;
- Ability to demonstrate strong commercial awareness;
- Ability to work independently and within a team.
