Commercial Contracts Solicitor

We are working with a market-leading law firm based in Belfast for a Solicitor to join their Commercial team.

The Role:

The successful candidate will join a top-tier Commercial team, advising across commercial contracts, IP, and data protection matters. The individual will work closely with the energy team on many regulatory and commercial contract issues.

The individual will draft and negotiate a variety of commercial contracts relating to manufacturing, the supply of goods and services, joint ventures, and more.

Essential Criteria:

• 1+ years’ PQE;
• Commercial contracts experience;
• Excellent academics;
• Technically excellent;
• Strong communication skills;
• Ability to work independently and as a team;
• Strong work ethic.
