We are working with a tier-1 law firm based in Belfast for a Solicitor to join their Clinical Negligence team.
The successful candidate will join a market-leading Clinical Negligence team, advising and representing hospitals, healthcare providers, and practitioners in defending medical negligence claims across all court levels. The Associate will engage directly with medical professionals and clients to establish case facts.
In addition to litigation, the role also includes advising on clinical governance, regulatory compliance, disciplinary matters, investigations, risk management, and broader healthcare-legal matters.
