We are working with a top-tier UK law firm based in London for a Lawyer to join their Structured Finance team.
The successful candidate will join a growing Banking/Finance team, focusing on structured finance and securitisation. You would work on a mix of large, complex deals and smaller transactions, supporting clients including banks, investment funds, asset-based lenders, and corporate borrowers.
Key responsibilities include:
- Drafting and negotiating transaction documents
- Preparing legal advice and memos
- Liaising with clients and counterpart law firms
- Assisting with security documentation
Essential Criteria:
- 1+ years’ PQE
- Qualified as a solicitor in England/Wales
- Banking/finance law background
- Strong academic background
- Technically excellent
