We are working with a prominent boutique law firm based in London for a Solicitor to join their Rural / Agriculture Commercial Property team.
The successful candidate will join a Rural Commercial Property team, advising landed estates and rural landowner clients on a broad range of commercial property and development matters. The role will include advising on the sale and development of land, including development options, promotion and collaboration agreements, conditional sale arrangements and overage, as well as agricultural tenancies, rural commercial leases, renewable energy projects, and mines and minerals work.
Essential Criteria:
- 3-4 years’ PQE;
- Strong background in rural/agricultural commercial property;
- Highly organised;
- Commercial awareness;
- Legal technology knowledge;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Technically excellent;
- Willingness to become involved in business development;
- Ability to work independently and as a team.
