We are working with a top-tier UK law firm based in London for a Managing Associate to join their Real Estate team.

The successful candidate will join an Infrastructure Real Estate team advising on nationally significant energy and transport projects across the UK. The role involves providing specialist real estate and consenting advice on large-scale infrastructure schemes, including land acquisition, land rights and statutory processes supporting major development projects.

Key responsibilities also include:

  • Handling complex land and landlord and tenant matters
  • Advising on property tax, environmental and contaminated land issues
  • Managing portfolio transactions
  • Supervising junior team members
  • Delivering time-sensitive infrastructure projects in collaboration with clients and stakeholders

Essential Criteria:

  • 4+ years’ PQE
  • Strong real estate law background
  • Commercial awareness
  • Supervising experience
  • Ability to build upon existing and new client relationships
  • Strong communication skills
  • Team player
  • Technically excellent
