We are working with a leading national law firm based in London for an Associate to join their Corporate Tax team.
The successful candidate will join a highly ranked Corporate Tax team providing transactional support and standalone tax advice to a wide range of UK and international business clients. The role involves advising on all aspects of corporate taxation, including tax structuring for acquisitions, disposals and reorganisations, obtaining tax clearances, and advising on stamp duty, VAT and broader international tax issues. The position also includes supporting venture capital and growth-stage clients on tax-efficient investment structures and share incentive arrangements for employees, directors and advisors.
Essential Criteria:
- 2-5 years’ PQE;
- Strong background in corporate tax matters;
- Strong academics required;
- Technically excellent;
- Ability to work to tight deadlines;
- Effective organisation skills;
- Ability to work independently and as a team.
