We are working with a top-tier national firm based in London for a Trade Mark Attorney to join their Intellectual Property team.
The successful candidate will join a leading UK and European IP practice, covering the full lifecycle of intellectual property rights, from filing and prosecution through to transactional, advisory and contentious work. The role involves advising a broad range of clients across multiple sectors and technologies, from global brands to growing businesses, on complex trade mark and wider IP matters.
The position also includes providing commercially focused, technically strong advice on trade marks, advertising, copyright, designs, patents, domain names and related IP rights, as well as supporting litigation and proceedings before UK and EU courts and IP offices.
Essential Criteria:
- 0-5 years’ PQE
- Chartered Trade Mark Attorney Qualification
- Strong IP knowledge
- Strong academic background
- Technically excellent
- Ability to work within a team and on your own initiative
- Willingness to engage in business development
- Organisation skills
- Strong commercial awareness
