We are working with an international UK law firm based in London for a Lawyer to join their Capital Markets & Derivatives team. The firm is hiring at a variety of levels.
The successful candidate will join a leading team, advising a broad range of financial institution clients on complex derivatives, structured finance and capital markets transactions. Responsibilities include working on a variety of products such as structured products, securitisations, OTC derivatives and DCM matters. The role requires drafting and negotiating complex documentation.
- 0-7 years’ PQE
- Strong background in capital markets, or derivatives, or securitisation
- Excellent academics
- Willingness to engage with business development initiatives
