We are working with a leading high-growth lender who is seeking a Business Development Manager to support its regional origination capability across the UK. The successful candidate will join a fast-growing collaborative specialist Real Estate Lender, working across Bridging, Refurbishment Finance, Development Finance, and Commercial Term Debt.
Responsibilities include:
- Building direct relationships with SME housebuilders, property investors, and trading businesses.
- Identifying funding opportunities for acquisition, refinance, development, and investment purposes.
- Maintaining strong CRM discipline and accurate pipeline reporting.
- Developing and managing broker and developer relationships.
- Representing the business at broker events, networking functions, expos, and industry meetings.
- Generating high-value lending opportunities across their region.
Requirements:
- 1–3 years’ experience within Bridging Finance, Development Finance, Commercial Mortgages, or Specialist Property Finance.
- Strong relationship-building and business development capabilities.
- Excellent commercial awareness.
