We are working with a leading national law firm who are seeking an Associate Solicitor to join their Personal Injury team within their Belfast office.

The successful candidate will join a nationally regarded Personal Injury practice, advising across a diverse caseload of casualty, disease, and serious injury claims. The candidate’s role will involve managing high-value claims from inception to resolution, conducting investigations, gathering evidence and interviewing witnesses, and drafting and preparing and issuing court documents. The candidate will also demonstrate a willingness to participate in business development initiatives while managing client relationships.

Essential Criteria

  • 4+ PQE;
  • Strong background in personal injury litigation and serious injury claims;
  • Excellent commercial awareness;
  • Strong academics;
  • Technically excellent;
  • Negotiation skills;
  • Willingness to become involved in business development;
  • Ability to work independently and as a team.
