We are working with a UK law firm based in Belfast for an Associate / Senior Associate to join their Major Injury & Casualty Claims team.
The successful candidate will join an expanded Major Injury & Casualty Claims team, managing a diverse caseload of litigated employer’s liability, public liability, casualty, disease and serious injury claims.
Responsibilities include:
- Handling matters from inception to resolution
- Conducting detailed investigations
- Liaising with experts and witnesses
- Drafting pleadings and settlement documentations
- Representing clients in court proceedings and negotiations
Essential Criteria:
- 0-10 years’ PQE
- Personal injury / insurance litigation background
- Experience handling a varied caseload
- Commercial awareness
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Technically excellent
