We are working with a leading UK law firm based in Belfast for a Senior Solicitor to join their Real Estate Finance team.
The successful candidate will join an excellent Real Estate Finance team, advising on a broad range of borrower and lender-side transactions across development and investment matters. The solicitor will be involved across the full transaction lifecycle, including drafting and negotiating facility and security documents, and supervising junior team members.
Essential Criteria:
- 4+ years’ PQE
- Real estate finance law experience
- Strong team player
- Commercial awareness
- Willingness to engage in business development
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Technically excellent
