We are working with a market-leading national law firm who are seeking a Legal PA to join their team within their Belfast office.
The successful candidate will join a leading legal team in Belfast and provide day-to-day administrative and secretarial support to the legal team, with duties such as:
- Digital filing
- Document management
- Maintaining accurate records
- Preparing, formatting and amending documents
- Correspondence and reports using Microsoft Office
- Assisting with opening new matters and completing administrative processes in line with firm procedures
Essential Criteria:
- Based in Belfast with the permanent right to work in the UK
- Strong administrative or secretarial experience
- Technically excellent
- Ability to handle multiple tasks
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as a team
