We are working with a reputable local law firm based in Belfast for a Solicitor to join their Clinical Negligence team. The successful candidate will join a growing litigation team, advising and representing individuals across personal injury, clinical negligence and wider litigation matters. The role involves managing a caseload, drafting legal documents, correspondence and pleadings, conducting legal research and assisting with the preparation of matters for trial. The successful candidate will liaise directly with clients, Counsel, courts and other external parties, prepare instructions to Counsel, manage discovery and case documentation, and support the wider team throughout the litigation process.
