We are working with a top-tier national firm who are seeking an Associate Solicitor to join their Corporate practice within their Belfast office.
The successful candidate will join a renowned Corporate team, working across a full range of corporate services, with a particular focus on Mergers & Acquisitions. The candidate’s duties will include supporting clients in corporate transactions, deal execution, joint ventures, post-merger integrations, and corporate governance.
The candidate will have the opportunity to work within a market-leading corporate firm, providing full-service support to high-profile international and domestic companies. The candidate will also demonstrate a willingness to contribute to business development while managing client relationships.
- 4+ PQE;
- Strong background in corporate law, M&A, and cross-border transactions in a medium to large commercial firm;
