We are working with a leading national law firm who are seeking an Associate Solicitor to join their Corporate Transactions team within their Belfast office. The successful candidate will join market-leading Corporate practice, assisting in a range of corporate and commercial matters, often across multiple jurisdictions. Responsibilities include conducting large-scale due diligence projects, drafting due diligence reports, and drafting corporate and commercial documentation.
