We are working with a reputable law firm based in Belfast and Tyrone for a Senior Solicitor to join their Corporate/Commercial team.
The Role: The successful candidate will advise clients on a broad range of corporate and commercial transactions, with a particular focus on mergers and acquisitions. They will support all stages of transactions, including conducting legal due diligence, structuring deals, negotiating and drafting transaction documents, and advising on regulatory compliance, financing, and tax considerations. They will also assist clients with commercial contracts and agreements, ensuring legal and commercial risks are effectively managed and client interests are protected.
Essential Criteria:
- 4+ years’ PQE;
- Strong corporate/commercial law experience;
- Technically excellent;
- Team player;
- Willingness to mentor junior members of the firm;
- Ability to use own initiative;
- Strong communication skills.
