We are working with a reputable law firm based in Belfast and Tyrone for a Senior Solicitor to join their Corporate/Commercial team. The successful candidate will advise clients on a broad range of corporate and commercial transactions, with a particular focus on mergers and acquisitions. They will support all stages of transactions, including conducting legal due diligence, structuring deals, negotiating and drafting transaction documents, and advising on regulatory compliance, financing, and tax considerations.
