We are working with an international UK law firm based in Belfast for a lawyer to join their Real Estate team. The successful candidate will join a growing Real Estate team advising leading developers, investors, financial institutions and commercial clients on high-value property development and investment transactions.
The role involves advising on commercial and mixed-use development projects, investment acquisitions and disposals, funding transactions and asset management matters.
