We are working with a market-leading international firm who are looking for associates to join their Commercial Litigation team within their Belfast office.

The successful candidate will join an experienced and award-winning team, engaging in a variety of challenging commercial litigation matters, such as regulatory and investigations, judicial review, insurance disputes, and restructuring and insolvency. The candidate will play a key role in advising a diverse range of market-leading clients on challenging and high-profile litigious matters. The candidate will also demonstrate a willingness to contribute to business development while managing client relationships.

Qualifications:

  • 0-5 PQE;
  • Strong background in commercial disputes, litigation, and legal drafting;
  • Ability to demonstrate strong commercial awareness;
  • Outstanding academics;
  • Technically excellent;
  • Willingness to become involved in business development;
  • Ability to work independently and as a team.
