We are working with a market-leading international law firm who are looking for an Associate Solicitor to join their Corporate Reorganisations practice within their Belfast office.

The successful candidate will join a dynamic corporate team, working on a diverse range of corporate services, including reorganisations, integrations, corporate and securities transactional matters. The candidate’s role will also see them acting as a regional coordinator, drafting corporate documentation, and working in collaboration with other departments within project teams.

The candidate will work across a range of high-value multi-jurisdictional projects, providing high-quality service to support the firm’s global client base. The candidate will also demonstrate a willingness to get involved in business development initiatives, while managing client relationships.

Essential Criteria:

  • 2+ PQE;
  • Strong background in corporate governance and reorganisation within a medium to large commercial firm;
  • Excellent commercial awareness;
  • Outstanding academics;
  • Negotiation skills;
  • Strong communication skills;
  • Ability to work independently and within a team.
