We are working with an esteemed national law firm who are seeking a Senior Associate Solicitor to join their Banking & Finance practice within their Belfast office. The successful candidate will lead a highly regarded Banking team, providing expert commercial advice in a range of Finance matters, with a focus on the lender side of transactions. The candidate will work across a range of practice areas and matters, including general corporate lending, real estate finance, corporate finance, and renewables finance.

Responsibilities include managing transactions, advising on restructuring and insolvency law, and supporting clients in the acquisitions and disposal of debt portfolios.
