We are working with a market-leading national Financial Services Compliance company who are seeking a junior HR Consultant to join their Belfast office. The candidate will provide expert HR guidance and case management, and support business operations through advising on employee recruitment, sourcing independent contractors, vetting candidates, and issuing employment offer letters and contracts. The candidate’s duties will also include leading on HR casework including absence management, disciplinary, capability, grievance, and performance issues.

Through this role, the candidate will support the senior team in administering day-to-day operations of the employee lifecycle from onboarding to exiting, while compiling and maintaining HR information systems ensuring accuracy of data.

  • Proven experience in an HR Advisor or HR Consultant role;
  • Strong working knowledge of UK employment law and HR practice;
  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field;
  • Experience with the entire MS Office Suite and digital HR processes;
