We are working with a top-tier law firm based in London, hiring Solicitors at various levels to join their Real Estate Finance team.
The successful candidate will join a top-tier Real Estate Finance team, advising lenders and borrowers on a range of property finance transactions, including development finance, mezzanine finance, and cross-border deals. The individual will be responsible for reviewing and negotiating loan and security documentation, and conducting due diligence. The successful candidate will work with major banks, investors, debt funds, and developers.
Essential Criteria:
- 4-6+ yearsβ PQE;
- Real estate finance background;
