We are working with a highly regarded national firm to recruit an experienced Employment Associate to join their Birmingham or Nottingham team.
The Role
The successful candidate will join a dynamic Employment team, and engage in challenging and diverse employment-related issues, such as employment tribunals, corporate support, drafting and advising on employment contracts, and the provision of general advice on disciplinary investigations.
The candidate will also demonstrate a willingness to contribute to business development while managing client relationships.
- 3+ years’ PQE;
- Strong background in contentious and non-contentious employment law;
- Ability to demonstrate strong commercial awareness;
- Strong academics;
- Technically excellent;
- Experience with building client relationships and keen interest in business development;
- Ability to work independently and as a team.
