We are working with a top-tier law firm based in London, hiring solicitors at various levels to join their Corporate Real Estate team.
The successful candidate will join a leading Corporate Real Estate team, advising on high-value real estate private equity transactions, joint ventures, and complex investment structures. The individual will work with institutional investors, private equity funds, and developers on M&A transactions. They will also work closely with colleagues across our client’s other offices, while being willing to engage in business development and strengthen client ties.
Essential Criteria:
- 3-6 years’ PQE;
- Corporate real estate background;
- Strong academics;
- Technically excellent;
- Strong communication skills;
- Ability to manage deadlines;
- Flexible and collaborative team player.
