We are working with a reputable national law firm based in London for an Associate to join their Corporate team.
Responsibilities
- Advise on a range of corporate matters including M&A, shareholders’ agreements, corporate restructurings, joint ventures, and private equity transactions.
- Take an active role in developing client relationships, driving business development opportunities, and contributing to the continued growth of the team.
Qualifications
- 4+ years’ PQE
- Corporate law experience
- Technically excellent
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Willingness to engage in business development
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
