We are working with a leading national law firm who are seeking a Senior Associate Solicitor to join their Competition & Regulatory practice within one of their UK offices based within Bristol, Birmingham, Manchester, Edinburgh, Glasgow or London.
The Role
The successful candidate will join an esteemed Competition team, supporting the firm’s global client base on all aspects of UK and cross-border competition law matters. The candidate will advise on matters such as merger control work, multi-jurisdictional merger filings, cartel investigations, and regulatory appeals. The candidate will also have the opportunity to work on the NSI Act aspects of corporate transactions.
The candidate will play a key role in advising the firm’s highly reputable client base across the firm’s focus sectors, such as financial services, technology, and retail & consumer goods.
- 5+ PQE;
- Strong background in competition law, antitrust advisory, merger control, and investigations;
