We are working with a leading national law firm based in Belfast for a Senior Lawyer or Partner to join their Banking & Finance team.
The Role:
The successful candidate will join a highly regarded Banking & Finance team, advising borrowers, lenders, investors and corporate clients on complex domestic and cross-border financing transactions.
The role will involve advising on corporate lending, real estate finance, leveraged and acquisition finance, venture debt, asset-backed lending and energy and infrastructure finance. The successful candidate will lead transactions, draft and negotiate finance and security documentation, manage key client relationships, supervise junior lawyers and contribute to business development and the continued growth of the practice.
- 5+ years’ PQE;
- Strong experience in banking & finance law;
- Willingness to engage in business development initiatives;
- Willingness to mentor junior members of the team;
- Ability to work independently and as a team;
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
