We are working with a leading offshore law firm based in Jersey for a Senior Associate to join their Litigation team.
The Role:
The successful candidate will join a successful Litigation team, working on a range of contentious issues. The individual will work with global financial institutions, commercial bodies, insolvency professionals, and more.
The role will involve managing litigation matters with minimal supervision, providing strategic legal advice, drafting opinions and pleadings, preparing cases for court and representing clients throughout the dispute resolution process. The successful candidate will also supervise junior lawyers and paralegals, and manage key client relationships.
- 6+ PQE;
- Litigation background;
