The Role:
The successful candidate will join a successful team, assisting on a varied caseload of motor, EL/PL and indemnity large loss matters on behalf of major insurers and self-insured organisations.
The Senior Associate will be responsible for investigating claims, taking witness statements, reviewing medical evidence, preparing reports, and drafting clear and practical client advice. The role will also involve attending court, managing procedural steps, and compliance with court timetables.
