We are working with an esteemed Belfast law firm who are seeking an experienced Associate Solicitor to join their Insolvency practice.
The Role
The successful candidate will join a supportive and collaborative Insolvency team, working on a wide range of contentious and non-contentious personal and corporate insolvency matters. The candidate will advise a range of private and public sector clients in financially distressed situations across the full lifecycle of restructuring, insolvency and special situations transactions.
The candidate’s work will span across litigation, employment, education and property cases. The candidate will also demonstrate a willingness to participate in business development initiatives while managing client relationships.
- 5+ PQE;
- Strong background in restructuring and insolvency matters;
- Outstanding academics;
