We are working with an international top-tier law firm based in Belfast for an In-House Solicitor to join their Commercial Contracts & Procurement team.
The Role:
The successful candidate will join an established Legal & Regulatory team within an international professional services organisation, advising internal stakeholders on commercial contracts, procurement, supplier arrangements and associated legal and regulatory risks.
The role will involve drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial agreements, particularly supplier, technology and procurement contracts, alongside supporting client service agreements where required. The successful candidate will also advise on supplier due diligence, data protection, information security and regulatory compliance.
