The Role:
The successful candidate will join a highly regarded Commercial & Technology team in Belfast, advising leading domestic and international clients on a broad range of commercial agreements, technology transactions and associated regulatory matters.
The role will involve drafting, reviewing and negotiating complex commercial contracts, including supply, licensing, outsourcing, collaboration and technology transfer agreements. The successful candidate will also advise on data protection, AI, cybersecurity, and technology-related regulatory requirements.
- 2+ years’ PQE;
- Strong commercial law background;
- Excellent academics;
- Strong team player;
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
- Technically excellent.
