We are looking for an Inside Sales Executive to join our fun and dynamic team, bringing a pro-active customer-centric approach to converting prospects into valued customers and providing exceptional account management support. This role is initially home-based in Belfast, but may become a hybrid office role in future. You will be responsible for generating revenue growth, maximizing customer retention, and delivering outstanding sales and service experiences. Through your skills and expertise, you will play a pivotal role in achieving our goals of unparalleled customer satisfaction, revenue optimisation, and successful business growth.
What You'll Do:
- Drive revenue growth through proactive sales of Achilles products and services, taking the initiative to achieve exceptional results.
- Identify and capitalise on cross-selling and upselling opportunities to maximise sales potential.
- Achieve and surpass sales targets on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis, showcasing your exceptional sales skills.
- Cultivate strong customer relationships, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
- Optimise customer accounts to extract maximum value from their subscriptions.
- Promote product usage within supplier organisations through insightful reporting and data analysis.

- Collaborate with Account Managers to support buyer-led campaigns and promptly address any issues that arise.
