Join Our Team as an Occupational Therapist! We are looking for Part-time/Full-Time OT. The Children and Young People Disability Service (CYPDS) in Windsor and Maidenhead is seeking a dedicated professional to join our multi-disciplinary team. You will play a vital role in supporting children and young people aged 0-25 with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND) and their families. In this role, you will: Conduct high-quality, statutory assessments in the home setting. Lead on all aspects of Occupational Therapy provision within the service. Manage a diverse caseload, prioritizing referrals and providing expert advice, guidance, and equipment. Lead the provision and purchasing of OT equipment, managing resources within a budget. Work to ensure all processes related to OT service provision are efficient and effective for families. The ideal candidate will be an experienced and qualified Occupational Therapist registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) , with a proven background in working with children and young people with SEND. You\’ll need a strong understanding of relevant legislation and statutory frameworks, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to build successful relationships with families, schools, and other key influencers.
