We’re now looking for a Senior Practitioner to join our Safeguarding team. A dynamic, compassionate team delivering both statutory and preventative services to improve outcomes for vulnerable children. From assessing risk and building trusted relationships to working closely with multi-agency partners, this role is central to shaping brighter futures.
What you’ll do:
- Lead safeguarding work with children, recognising their cultural, social, and individual needs
- Manage a complex caseload, supporting families and driving meaningful change
- Collaborate across agencies to ensure strong, joined-up plans for every child
- Undertake direct social work responsibilities including assessments, risk management, and care planning
