Achieving for Children is seeking a Social Worker in Fostering and Kinship to guide prospective and approved foster carers and kinship carers through each stage of their journey. You will undertake Form F, Form K, Special Guardianship and viability assessments, providing ongoing support to help carers build stable homes for children and young people.

You will contribute to permanency planning, participate in fostering duty services and present assessments to panels, shaping carer training.
