Wir sind das "I" und "T" in Retail. SPAR IC ist die IT-Gesellschaft der SPAR Österreich-Gruppe und kümmert sich um sämtliche IT-Belange von SPAR, INTERSPAR und SES Spar European Shopping Centers. Wir sind über 700 kluge Köpfe und haben zwei Agenden: Das reibungslose Einkaufserlebnis aller SPAR-Kund:innen in 5 Ländern und die digitalen Geschäftsprozesse "hinter den Regalen" im Konzern.
Du unterstützt uns dabei:
- Als zentrale Schnittstelle zwischen Digital Security, Digital Workplace Engineering, Service Ownern und weiteren internen Teams zu fungieren und eine effektive Umsetzung von Sicherheitsmaßnahmen sicherzustellen.
- Digital Workplace-Security-Themen voranzutreiben - von der Analyse über die Umsetzung bis hin zum erfolgreichen Abschluss.
- Identifizierte Schwachstellen aus Audits, Pentests oder Analysen gezielt zu beheben und in stabile Sicherheitslösungen zu überführen (Remediation).
- Unsere Systeme und Anwendungen durch gezielte Sicherheitskonfigurationen besser zu schützen (Hardening).
- Security Baselines, Workflows und operative Guidelines kontinuierlich zu verbessern und weiterzuentwickeln.
- Sicherzustellen, dass definierte Maßnahmen effizient umgesetzt, validiert und nachhaltig dokumentiert werden.
Du überzeugst mit:
- Einer abgeschlossenen Ausbildung (Lehre, HTL, FH, Uni) im Bereich Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder einem vergleichbaren Bereich beziehungsweise einer durch relevante Berufserfahrung erworbenen gleichwertigen Qualifikation.
- Erfahrung in der IT-Security, im Digital Workplace Engineering, im Applikations- bzw. Endpoint Management oder einem vergleichbaren Bereich.
- Praktischem Know-how im Bereich Microsoft Workplace Security (z. B. Intune, Defender, Entra ID, SharePoint Online und OneDrive sind von Vorteil).
- Ausgeprägter teamübergreifender Kommunikationsfähigkeit und der Kompetenz, komplexe Sachverhalte verständlich aufzubereiten.
- Einer strukturierten, pragmatischen Arbeitsweise geprägt von Hands-on Mentalität und einem hohen Maß an Eigenverantwortung.
- Guten Deutsch- und Englischkenntnissen in Wort und Schrift.
